All monitors are cleaned, inspected and tested. CRTs are checked for burnt phosphor and mask issues. Alignment, centering, blanking and range of control are checked. Components, including CRTs are replaced as required. Monitors are then rechecked and adjusted where needed. All monitors are run in a video test bed and must be stable for at least five consecutive days, and then are tested and evaluated in an ultrasound system. Only then are they returned to the customer or to service stock.
