Conquest Imaging was founded in October of 2000 by Mark Conrad. Mark had been in the Acuson service organization for 15 years, providing field service to customers throughout California. One of his last assignments, prior to leaving Acuson, was participating in a select team of Field Service Engineers who went around the country and Canada, upgrading all of the networks to be Y2K compliant.
During his travels, Mark noticed that there was a huge void in the availability of quality third party independent service organizations in the Northern California, Arizona and Nevada area and decided to launch out on his own. Mark Conrad and Conquest Imaging have become one of the largest suppliers of hard-to-find parts in the United States. Due to successful training and carrying many different product lines, Conquest Imaging has added a new facility of over 10,000 square feet. Successful growth is also due to positive feedback on training classes which has changed from two days to three, now including DICOM networking.
More than five years later, Conquest Imaging has a large staff with over 100 years of experience in the Ultrasound industry dedicated to providing fast, knowledgeable, and efficient service.
