Conquest Imaging’s motivated and highly skilled service engineers are available 24/7 to provide any assistance you may require. Our service engineers are provided with our Employee Handbook, a copy of the Conquest Imaging (Conrad Corporation) Injury and Illness Prevention Policy (IIPP), training and documentation for all service on a variety of OEM ultrasound equipment. Our training offerings were created by service engineers for service engineer. We take a no frills approach to training, preferring to provide training that cuts to the heart of a service engineers needs. The service engineer will come away with the skills to quickly evaluate a system problem, identify the route cause and the confidence to move to correct it.
