"On Friday morning, September 23 rd, we had a failure with one of the two ultrasound machines owned by BTMC Surgery for doing TEE. Since Mark was out, ENTECH dispatched Conquest Imaging. Conquest’s reps (Rett from sales and Beth service) were on site within a couple of hours and the machine was fixed and back in service shortly thereafter. Although the problem was only the need for a minor adjustment to the probe attachment mechanism, I was impressed by their quick response time and the service they delivered. They seemed very knowledgeable about ultrasound technology, and they even looked and acted like professionals – something that seems pretty basic but is almost an anomaly in today’s service market. The Conquest reps told us that they were exploring opportunities with Banner to augment our in house ultrasound support program, and from what I saw from this limited encounter, that might be a good thing."
