Good Afternoon, everyone
We have an intermittant problem with one of our GE Logiq 9 units, (BT07 version). Occasionally it resets itself. Just sitting there, (it's not happened during scanning yet), the unit will power down and restart. The shutdown window doesn't popup, so I don't think it's the power on button. Since it powers back up by itself, I don't think it's the reset button in back, (pressing that powered down the system, but it didn't come back on by itself). We have a stand alone UPS in the room, so no power issues. At GE's suggestion, I reloaded the software, no help. The BEP was replaced on this unit about nine months ago.
Any thoughts?

It sounds like the BEP power supply is the problem. When they start to go out that is exactly what happens.

Just to update, GE tried the supply first, then when it failed again replaced the BEP. So far that seems to have corrected it.
