I have a Logiq 9 that is giving the following message "Scanning Terminated Watchdog Timer Has Expired" It has happened twice in the last two weeks. The unit has to be reset to clear the message and continue scanning. I was unable to find this message in the service manual. Does this sound like a GE software/hardware or Windows error? Do you have any suggestions?

This problem can be a software or hardware issue. The first thing I suggest is to reload the software. If this does not work, let us know and we can try another approach.
