GE Voluson 730 probes

Hello,

I have GE Voluson 730 Expert from 2002 and I purchase extra probes for this unit,nut unit don`t recognize any.
I tried on Voluson 730 Pro from 2004 and this unit also don`t recognize this probes and other system also from 2004 see all probes.
What should I do with my unit,how can I setup my Voluson 730 Expert to recognize this probes?

The only thing you can do is call GE and have them give you an option key to initialize the probes you would like to use.

I spiked with GE technicians in y country but they said that they don`t have this key,I mean that they didn`t hear for this key at all!!!!:confused:

I’m sorry I was wrong about the option key. With a Voluson 730 the transducers are initialized by the software and hardware. You may have to upgrade your systems software and PCB's?
