GE 500 PRO Problem

My GE 500 Pro has a problem and when linear probe conected to the port 1 it stop works and a message like system fault SVTG-TRG remain in the display. if i turnof-turnon the machine the system works again for minutes and then the same. Please can anyone tell me what is going on?

Do you have another transducer that is the same part number and product name as the one that you are having the problem with? Are any other probes giving you problems? If so this can determine if it is the system or the probe. If not then can you give me the name of the probe you are having problems with and the software revision of the system?
