ATL hdi 3000

Hi everbody.
I have a problem with an ATL HDI 3000 ,
In the screen appear:
A run time error has been detected.
SYSTEM CPU MOP reported Communication error during Env=2d.
Acq=2d (1202-5402-400 D-7FFFFFFF).
SYS SW Partition VirtualSys.commData Receive Timeout.
Any idea?

Have you replaced anything on the system? Has there been any history of problem with this system prior to this?

Hi for your answer jed.
I dont have information about changes in the Equipment, but they tall me that they have the equipment on for some hours before they can use it.
