ATL HDI 5000 problems, please Help

We have an ATL HDI 5000 and we use it locally as well as at out of town clinics. We have error code 0104-200011D4 & the machine will work for abt 5 minutes at a time then gives this error. Please Advise.

Also, we would like to obtain a service manual for the ATL HDI 5000.
