Hello.

I have GE Vivid 7 and I have problem with M12L probe.
Probe is new and I have this artifacts only on 10MHz.
Can someone tell me what is this and how to fix?
Please take a look on pictures

Hello,

Thank you for your question regarding your Vivid 7 system. Here are some steps to help you isolate the problem you are having with your M12L probe.

1. Use the probe without any other probes connected to the system.

2. Use the probe in all the ports to see if the problem is isolated to one port.

3. Use a different M12L probe if possible to verify that the problem is not internal to the probe.

4. Run a DC calibration by removing all probes and accessing the system config screen by pressing F2 -> System -> Go to system test -> DC Offset Cal. After Calibration completes restart your system and test your probe.

5. Run a system diagnostic by removing all probes then pressing F2 -> System -> Go to system test -> Test -> Test All. Make note of any failures.
