--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I keep getting an error of illegal scanhead when trying to use my linear and annular transducers. I know the transducers are the right ones and work because I was able to use them the day before on the same machine. Does anyone know how to correct this issue?

When a phased or linear array scanhead is selected,
the ILLEGAL SCANHEAD, PLEASE RESELECT
message appears. Check the Pulser Power Supply for
these voltages.

+ 12 Vdc, + 24 Vdc, + 48 Vdc, + 80 Vdc

On the ATL Ultramark 9 (Philips), we continually get "RESELECT TRANSDUCER" messages on the lower part of the monitor screen. We do NOT get the "ILLEGAL SCANHEAD" message. This happens regardless of the order the transducers are connected. We currently have 3 transducers connected. Could this also be related to the power supply voltages mentioned in the previous response? Or is there something we are missing entirely?
