ATL 3500 Error

Hi

This morning we ignited the machine, a message appeared:
Alert: An Error has been detected Call ATL Support.........Feature-diags.zErrBootupTest 0104-200011D4

Finish ignite and the window does not disappear, the image 2d appears behind, but no button works, there is no way to remove the window, So I can not use the machine,

Turn on and Turn off the machine several times but the error remains,

Please, What I can do?, where can I get the service manual ?

Hi Amy,

What you want to do is press "superkey and the sixth button from left to right on the top of the lower UI" at the same time. "See attachment" This will bring you into a new screen that can tell you what the problem is with the system. If you hit the two buttons again at the same time it should take you out of this screen and back into the imaging screen. We have all parts for the HDI series systems if anything needs to be replaced.

hi,
i have an error of ultrasound machine it says that ultrasound achine was not found in the network configuration files. network configuration options are unavailable.but when i check it to the setup at control panel theres no options that i could change the settings..prior to this error theres also another error appeared sftwpart-apps.zerrnvram (0004-200011cb). is the there any service manual that i could use to this kind of errors? thanks your replied will be useful in solving this problem

My hospital is using an ultrasound machine, model ATL HDI 3500. If you hit "superkey and frame rate" at the same time it will pop up a new window that sometime explains the problem. If you hit "superkey and frame rate" once more it will usually go into imaging.
