"GOLD CARE" Service Agreement
(Parts and Technical support service contract)
"GOLD CARE"Provides parts and technical support to maintain your ultrasound equipment to OEM specifications.
PLAN FEATURES:
Two preventative maintenance (PM)/ Safety Inspections with diagnostic evaluation and corrective maintenance including parts. One preventative maintenance inspection will be performed by the customer's in-house engineering group.
All parts and 24-hour technical support required to maintain the equipment listed in "Equipment Descriptions" to OEM specifications.
Parts delivered next day with same day technical support.
All service records are maintained in accordance with prevailing authorities (JCAHO and HRS).
Hard copy documentation and service reports are provided at no additional costs.
If needed, Conquest Imaging's service engineers would assist your biomedical engineers at our preferred rate ($190.00 per hour).
Conquest Imaging will train your biomedical engineer, sonographer, or staff at one of our nationally recognized ultrasound certification program sites. This means less down time should a problem arise!
Our service engineers are nationally certified on all ultrasound machines.
