(Labor, Travel and Technical support service contract) "SILVER CARE"
Service includes all labor, travel and technical support necessary to maintain the equipment listed in "Equipment Descriptions" to OEM specifications.
PLAN FEATURES:
Two preventative maintenance (PM) / safety inspections
with diagnostic evaluation and corrective maintenance.
Same Day Full Service in most cases for all your repair needs.
All labor and travel during Conquest Imaging's
regular business hours. Includes a 10% discount for all quality assured factory parts including transducers.
All service records maintained in accordance with prevailing authorities (JCAHO and HRS).
Hard copy documentation and service reports provided at no additional cost.
Conquest Imaging will train your biomedical engineer, sonographer, and staff at one of our nationally recognized ultrasound certification program sites. This means less down time should a problem arise!
Our service engineers are nationally certified on all ultrasound machines.
Technical Support service 24 hours per day at no additional cost.
After-hour calls are available at our current prevailing rates.
