REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
To register for our training classes, please submit your registration form by forwarding it through our website or by fax (209) 942-2572. You may also use our toll free number to call and reserve your space.
Training classes are held at our facility in Stockton, California.
Training classes at your facility are available. Please call
our main office to schedule a class for your staff at your location.
PAYMENT METHOD:
We accept payment by check or credit card. Please call our
toll free number listed below. Credit card payment will be taken
at the time of registration. The Training Department will call
you upon submission of your email to confirm your registration
and contact information.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
A written cancellation postmarked/faxed up to 21 calendar days
before the course date, entitles you to a full refund of your
class fees.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
You may substitute someone in your place if you are unable
to attend. Please notify our Training Department, 24 hours prior
to class date, by written notice via email, fax, or letter to
the contact information listed under Payment Method. No refunds
are given to no shows.
SCHEDULE CHANGES:
Conquest Imaging reserves the right to reschedule classes in
an effort to accommodate our students. We will notify all registrants
with a one week advance notice. Should a schedule change occur
and you are not able to attend, a full refund will be returned
to you.
